It is a 140 quart tank with a 65 quart basket capable of
boiling, steaming, or frying. It is an all in one unit
with a self draining hanging basket built out of long
lasting aluminum with an integral burner designed to
last forever. It comes equipped with 6” wheels for mobility. It even has a
drain outlet for cleanup. Its unique lid design allows
for serving right out of the tank thereby allowing the
water in the tank to keep your food warm at all times.
The lid is also designed to hinge out of the way for
dumping and rinsing, making cleanup a breeze.
Use
this Oyster Steamer / Low Country Boiler to steam
seafood, clams, boil shrimp, crabs, peanuts, fry fish,
chicken, or you dream it, it will steam it.
This unit will steam up to a bushel of oysters or boil
